Impensabile che non stiano lavorando a soluzioni alternative alla scuola, oltre alla temporanea didattica a distanza, che tenga conto anche delle necessità di socializzazione dei bambini e quelle lavorative dei genitori, a casa in smart-working ma a breve richiamati dalle aziende, se non già impegnati in prima linea.
Il welfare di comodo di questo paese, i nonni, in questo momento è fuori servizio.
La Ministra per le Pari Opportunità e le politiche per la famiglia Elena Bonetti rilascia oggi un’intervista su cosa si stia facendo e PENSANDO di attuare in merito.
Vittime di una sindrome abbandonica che abbiamo sviluppato in 6 settimane, sentiamo il bisogno di porre al governo delle domande e chiedere chiarimenti in merito in vista del 3 maggio:
⁃ A fronte dell’imminente riapertura delle aziende, quando partiranno i bandi per i progetti educativi che coinvolgono soggetti del terzo settore come associazioni di volontariato, cooperative sociali, di cui si parlava già a novembre in pre-pandemia, annunciati in partenza a gennaio e che immaginiamo declinati ora per l’emergenza?
⁃ Come forma di sostegno alle famiglie nel ruolo educativo, si propone un assegno universale mensile per ogni figlio di cui si era parlato a febbraio in seno al Family Act sulla base del reddito e l’estensione per altri 15 giorni del congedo parentale straordinario. In un paese in cui i dati Istat- in condizioni non emergenziali- rilevano che il 31,5% delle donne disoccupate non cerca lavoro per motivi legati alla maternità e alla cura dei figli, e il 28% delle madri attualmente inoccupate ha lasciato il lavoro per gli stessi motivi negli ultimi sette anni, come si pensa di tutelare e supportare l’accessibilità al lavoro da parte delle donne in questo frangente?
⁃ L’Istat segnala che il 40% dei bambini italiani vive in case sovraffollate e inadeguate.
